The Pent-Ville Project offers a lifestyle experience like no other, presenting a unique approach to townhome living through the innovative “Duplex Penthouse” style. By situating this distinctive design on the ground, we have significantly expanded the cubic meter living space. The introduction of an airy rooftop level, elevated to over 4.4 meters, transforms the living room into a serene retreat, providing a daily oasis of relaxation.
Commencing with the facade design, we seamlessly fuse Eastern and Western cultures within a Mid-Century Modern architectural style, merging influences from Japan and Scandinavia. The prominent utilization of warm-toned wooden elements and sleek canopies emanates luxury and contemporary sophistication.
The generous space and elevated volumes offer a unique and superior living experience, defined by elegance and distinctiveness. The interior show unit, situated on the outskirts of Bangkok, embodies the project’s theme by delivering a home enriched with elements of fun, playfulness, enthusiasm, and warmth.
