Embracing a fusion of Neoclassicism and contemporary design, this condominium is strategically situated in the heart of Bangkok’s main residential area. The architectural concept marries the timeless elegance of Neoclassicism with modern aesthetics, creating a harmonious blend that stands out in the urban landscape.
The condominium’s exterior is adorned with a sophisticated color scheme, predominantly white, complemented by luxurious strips of aluminum-zinc gold. This combination not only exudes opulence but also reflects a lifestyle of refinement. The design consciously engages with the units facing the garden on the ground floor, seamlessly integrating the living spaces with the surrounding greenery.
Drawing inspiration from the 1980s merging with the 2020s, the design looks backward to the adaptive and populist postmodernist movement. Additionally, it nods to the New Classical architecture that emerged during that period, rejecting continuity with modernism and returning to traditional design principles. In this condominium, the New Classical influence is evident in the resurgence of pre-modern forms, with a reinterpretation that extends beyond traditional Western styles to include Gothic and non-Western historicist elements.
This unique design concept not only pays homage to the past but also brings a sense of sophistication and timelessness to the contemporary urban living experience. The condominium stands as a testament to the marriage of classical elegance and modern luxury in the vibrant landscape of Bangkok.
